Music can heal the wounds which medicine cannot touch."

Hormones music can naturally activate
There are many medications to help treat mental health illnesses. I created a chart (shown below) with the four more common medications for mental health, illustrated the best outcome but also the possible and common side effects.
The similarities between these drugs are that they impact the hormones: (i) serotonin (ii) dopamine (iii) norepinephrine.
However, music can increase those same hormones in a natural way while also activating many other parts of the brain as shown below.

Furthermore, there is a study from Clearvue that shows a tremendous decrease of both depression and anxiety using music therapy compared to the control group. There is the widest increase of gap after 3 months, then the difference becomes parallel, with music therapy maintaining 2 points more effective than the control group. The two line graphs below show the difference after only 6 months of music therapy.
This shows that music therapy is indeed an effective treatment for mental health therapy. I used music therapy as the basis for Spark Care+.
